Shane has over thirty years experience in the field of engineering and construction having worked in manufacturing, consulting, engineering and construction. He has spent time working in process engineering, electrical, controls and mechanical design and installation, project management, construction management and field operations. He has also been responsible for leading business units, executive management and business development. He is a strong believer in long-term relationships and by doing what you say you will do; and building trust among project teams and within organizations. Some of his roles include helper, laborer, field craft labor, electrician, project engineer, project manager, sales, team leader, VP and division manager and principal. In his role at H2L, Shane leads the overall company direction, operations and business development efforts.
